For agencies evaluating EditForge, here is how we handle content, style guides, and account data across the systems that power the product.
Encryption in transit
Connections to EditForge use HTTPS/TLS while data moves between your browser, the application hosted on Render, and the Neon PostgreSQL database. When content is sent for AI processing, EditForge uses the Polsia OpenAI proxy rather than connecting to a model provider directly.
Encryption at rest
Application data is stored in Neon PostgreSQL, whose managed database infrastructure provides encryption-at-rest protections. EditForge does not claim customer-managed encryption keys on this page; contact us if your agency needs to review key-management requirements.
Storage location
EditForge’s application runs on Render and its product data is stored in Neon PostgreSQL. AI requests use the Polsia OpenAI proxy where relevant. We do not publish a physical region on this page, so agencies with location-specific requirements should ask us before onboarding.
Access controls
Access to EditForge features is governed by the application’s account and workspace controls. Service credentials are kept in managed server configuration rather than public HTML. Operational access is limited to the people and systems that need it to run or support the service.
Retention and deletion requests
We do not publish a fixed retention duration or deletion SLA here. To request deletion of your account or content, email editforge@polsia.app with the relevant workspace or account details. We will review the request, confirm its scope, and explain any follow-up needed.
Backups and recovery
Database backup and recovery capabilities are provided through the managed infrastructure used by EditForge. We do not publish a backup schedule, recovery point objective, recovery time objective, or backup retention period here. Agencies with continuity requirements can contact us to discuss them.
